Create customer when open a ticket

Hi all, i need to use otrs in a call-center. In the scenario all agents can open the tickets.
When we open a ticket i want to have the possibility to create directly the customer, it's possibile in otrs or not? how can enable this feature

I got around this by giving the agents rw on the users group.
