What is a mail id?
A mail address?
Then the answer is yes.

Can you please explain how...

and how to configure SendmailModule::AuthUser and SendmailModule::AuthPassword for the two mail addresses in
Edit Config Settings in Framework -> Core::Sendmail.

If you have different SMTPs, you should have a look at http://opar.perl-services.de/dist/MultiSMTP-4.0.4

I tried installing "MultSmtp" but dont find option to do in sysconfig to configure multismtp ? can anyone help me please???

It's not in SysConfig. It's in the admin area. See the block "Email settings"...
