hello OTRS users,
i need to make some relations between services and queues for OTRS 4 i've heard that it is available in the business solution but i need it for the free version.is there any available addons that can add this functionality.

Hi,
maybe you should have a look to "MyServices" and you can work with this. This is not a add on, but implemented in OTRS4free. Additionally you can work with ACL. The Addon is much more easy to work with.

What kind of relations do you think of? Services assigned to queues or limit the customers' services in certain queues?
