preselect queues based on ticket type

hello all,
how can i preselect queues based on ticket type in the customer portal,i mean the relation between types <--> queues?

There is no intended relationship between type and Queue. You may want instead to have a relationship between service and Queue.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
