Hi there,
I have created customer user with ro and rw to a specific group (queue), when i create ticket to that queue it appeare in customer portal but im getting permission issue when im trying to check it: Insufficient Rights - No permission!
Log: Permission denied because module (Kernel::System::Ticket::CustomerPermission::GroupCheck) is required (UserID: chinalco 'ro' on TicketID: abierto)!
