I'm looking for a solution in OTRS 4.0.6 to adminiter a company with multiple branches.
ie: Company A has three branches : AA, AB and AC.
Some of the users should be able to create tickets for AA and AB and some only for one.
When creating a phone ticket and selecting the user, we want to be able to select the correct company branch to which the ticket relates.
Ofcourse we want to be able to see all (open) tickets for company A with all their branches.
Hopefully the problem is clear and somebody can lead me the way
