Statistics module in OTRS 4 community

Statistics module in OTRS 4 community
The OTRS admin pdf says there is a statistics menu, but I can't find this in the community edition. Is the stats module only available with a subscription?

Does your user have permissions to the group "stats" ?
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS

That was the problem, the group stats was disabled
