I have added a new dynamic ticket field called "TracID"
I am able to show the field in new ticket information and in ticket information
But where do I add the new field to the "open tickets / need to be answered" dashboard?
And a side question...
When I have created the dynamic field, there is an option to set a "show link"
if I set a link to another ticket system, and I want OTRS to merge the value to the link, how do I do that
ex.. value: 9999
link http://system.com/XXXX
So when the user press the link they get http://system.com/9999
