Problem with TicketSolutionResponseTime

Hello everybody.

When I generate reports that calculate the service time (eg. TicketSolutionResponseTime), I get negative results for some queues and 0m for others queues.

When I consult directly in the database (a remote postgres), the results are perfects.

My OTRS version is 4.0.2.
