Is there any way to mark answer/article/ticket as unread?

if this ticket is unread, system will show a white star in your dashboard, your ticket lists second column.

Thanks for reply, but that's not a problem. I need to mark ticket as unread after I've read that. Like in mail client, when you want to mark e-mail as unread for memo.

Did you find a solution to mark articles as unread ?

I saw the mark/unmark function for articles, but I would like that tickets with marked article appears in the dashboard (like unread stars).
Is it possible or not ?

I would like to be able to put again the unread star in the dashboard on a already read article.

There's one from Znuny, but not yet ported to the 4.x Framework.
