How to set alias name for otrs url with a simple name

Hi, i installed otrs 4.0.6 successfully and Configured with AD and it working fine but i'm in last step to finish the configuration,

i need to give an alias name to the agent and customer url as a simple name separately like

localhost name is service.sivagroup.local

http://localhost/otrs/agent.pl to http://service.response.local/

http://localhost/otrs/customer.pl to http://service.request.local/

is this possible tell me the steps to do, if not then give me another solution please.

Can anyone help me please, the configuration completed nearly 90%

Hi,

DNS, apache Vhosts and redirects. This is mostly non-OTRS stuff, but apache.
