AJAX Communication Error

Hi,

Please note that I am using otrs 3.3.9 and when I login to OTRS and leave the window as opened for sometime, it gives me the AJAX Error 'Error during AJAX communication. Status: error, Error:' . In the console of browser, I am getting the following error:

Can anyone please help me to resolve this error?

You are losing network connection to the server (or Chrome encounters that look the same to him).
Try opening chrome://net-internals/#events in a new tab, reproduce the error and check for anything useful.

This is most likely a network or Chrome issue.
