Hi,
I installed OTRS yesterday on a Windows 2008 R2 server, everything seems to be working except for the auto fetch mail function, when pressing it manually, it works but fine.. I have tried searching on this forum but cannot manage to solve this.. Any help will be appreciated. If further info is needed, feel free to ask.

Did you start cron4w (the cronjobs on windows)?

Never mind, solved it by renaming the .DIST files. Please close the thread.
