Hi,
Maybe im missing something here but I want agents to be able to put how much time they have spent on each step of a process ticket. On normal note and other updates you have the Time units option as shown below.
I cant seem to get this showing for a process ticket when you select an action dialog. The option does not appear as a selection item from what I can see.
Is this possible?
