Hi, I am new to otrs, I tried to make a workflow in process management but I am not found option to create new process ticket in Ticket Menu. I check every Active Dialogs and Transitions but no problem found even I followed youtube to make it working but not success... can you please help me to make it operative.

The new process ticket option is available under the menu item Tickets.
OTRS 3.3.x (private/testing) on Windows Server 2008 with MSSQL database.
OTRS 3.3.x (private/testing) on CentOS with MySQL database and apache

Not able to find menu item ticket "New Procee Ticket" Please find the attache screenshot.

Please check if in SysConfig the following is checked under ProcessManagement

Code: Select all

Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration
For this click on the menu Admin. Then click on SysConfig and choose ProcessManagement in the dropdown list. After selecting the entry, you will see a list of settings. Here, click on Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration and make sure that Frontend::Module###AgentTicketProcess is checked.

the first activity needs to have a dialogue. Should work fine, as 'aph' described.

Thank aph and wurzel to reply. As described by aph I checked in Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration, Frontend::Module###AgentTicketProcess is checked. I attched a screen shot.

First Activity is "RecordingEmployeeProfileAD1" that have five dialogs as you can find in screenshot.

DynamicField_Boss
DynamicField_Department
DynamicField_Status

Did you synchronize all processes after saving your process?

yes, even I followed this document "https://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/admin ... ement.html" to create book ordering process step by step but not success.

I tried to find solution on google search and done every possible setting but I did not found any solution. Not able to find why "New Process Ticket" option is not available in menu Item Ticket.

Thanks for your help, My problem is solved... I don't know how is solved. I just added only menu in Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration: Frontend::Module###AgentTicketProcess: Type: Menu then save and again I removed "Menu" from that location Now New Process Ticket is available.

This is strange but it's true... I don't know what was the problem.
