Hi all,
I have a problem in OTRS 4, I wondered if someone can help with.
I can open and close tickets with no problems. I normally use the dashboard view and everything is fine there if a call is closed it will disappear from you.
My problem is with the status view. In there all my tickets are showing in the open tickets tab - even though most of them have the status set at closed successful?
