Custom Notification Not Applied

Custom Notification Not Applied
I created a notification under Ticket Settings > Notification (Event) and it executes but does not implement the custom message I have defined. Instead, it reverts to the sample message. Can you please assist?

Do you have any errors in the system logs? Can you add a screenshot so we can understand better whats the actual error? Thanks
