PostMaster Mail Account fetch mail but ticket is not created in dashboard in OTRS 4

Hi. I am having issue with creating a ticket through email with OTRS 4. The ticket are not created in dashboard when sending a test sample to the email which has been validated to fetch email. Have the same email fetching and created tickets with previous OTRS 3.3.10 but in the new system. Any gurus able to advise on this as it seems like a straight forward process but I couldn't get it through with many tries. Scanned through the system configuration under tickets for core postmaster but did not find any significant different between the old and new systems. Are there any system settings that caused this and how it can be resolved?

The message in the web frontend is shortened. Can you check the apache error log? There you should find more information about the issue.
