I'm actually on otrs version 4, and i have some troubles finding how to hide auto reply from Large view?
I saw on this forum that you have to activate "Ticket::NewArticleIgnoreSystemSender" but it seems like to work only when you open the ticket.
So, to be clear :
I need to see on my large ticket overview the customer message, not my auto reply
