Chinese characters fields are discarded when importing csv file to CMDB

Chinese characters fields are discarded when importing csv file to CMDB
i imported a csv file into the CMDB, but all the fields containing Chinese characters were discarded, only English and number characters fields were kept, how can it be resolved? Thanks!
