I would like to display title of a ticket in the list of tickets (for example, queue view, status view, my locked tickets, search results). I have selected 'Title' as one of the columns. However the displayed column is called From/Subject
The From/Subject is not necessarily the title. For example, I piped in an e-mail with the following subject
But since it didn't give me any information I changed the title via the free fields mask to
But in the list I still see the original subject of the e-mail and not the title as I would like to.
How can I display title instead of From/Subject?
EDIT: On the dashboard however the Title is shown and not From/Subject although the same column is used

Sysconfig. This is answered on the forum somewhere, I think.
