Is possible to one ticket to have more than one reminder? For example, 2 or more reminders independents, created by diferent notes?

Not by default. But you could use dynamic fields of the date/time format and run a generic agent or custom event against them.
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS
