HI all,
i need to add some information to customer_user table .
This information must be displayd into Customer information section, and into Ticket information section.
The problem is that I need know the Map Customer Scope. In other words, if I add a field XYZ into Map (and customer_user table) where can i see the new field? Can i use it into AgentTicketZoom.pm?

Adding a column to customer_company and also to the map in config.pm will suffice to show it in the customer information center and on ticketzoom.
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS
