otrs apache child prozess steigt aus

Hallo -

seit etwa einer Woche stuerzt ein childprozess des apache ab .
Wenn man otrs aufruft hat man eine weisse seite .
nach einem httpd restart laeuft das otrs wieder .

nachdem ich jetzt einfach mal eine favicon.ico angelgt habe sagt er mir :
