6-10 hours added in Ticket Escalation time automaticallt

Dear Friends

I am newbie at OTRS and have spent 3 weeks on it. I am facing the issue when receive a ticket from email, it sends back auto response and I set the escalation time in Queue, for example 10 min. When I receive en email in OTRS, escalation time shows 6 Hours and 5 minutes. Tried a lot at google but find nothing. Application time in console is OK but why is this happening? where to change, Done all things in Time and Calendar as well. It works for a while OK and suddenly changes all itself and adds hours to esalation time. Please help me

Escalation is determined by milestones on the Service, if assigned, or Queue.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
