Hi Members,
I can see SolutionTime value in Agent Interface for new ticket as I am setting SLA on ticket creation event. I want to include value of SolutionTime in auto response for new ticket. Using <OTRS_SolutionTime> tag does not showing any value in response, if there any way to use Tags such as SolutionTime in auto response.
