Hi,
is there a way to restrict the values in the selection box of Customer User?
I have the following situation Service Desk A responsible for Customer A and Service Desk B responsible for Customer B.
The requirement is to restrict the selection in a way, so the Service Desk A can only select Customer User from Customer A and Service Desk B only the users from Customer B.

it is not possible with default configuration. You'll need to develop this.
