Send TimeUnits(minutes) on e-mail body do custumer

Hello,

I have a request from a client to put the information of the time spent in resolving a ticket , in the body of the closing notification email.
The client has a internal tool that requires some tags, eg: #close #add 10, etc...

the close tags (#close) was plain simple, the other was not.
I have tried <OTRS_TICKET_TimeUnits> ; <OTRS_TICKET_time_unit> (colum name in mysql on time_accounting table).

Any Ideas???!!!???

Alternatively invoke TicketAccountedTimeGet somewhere. (Requires Development).
