I am really happy that i can resort to u during such problematic scenarios

Issue: We are using OTRS 4.0.9 for both process management and ticket handling in our organization and we are in a bad situation when we are almost ready to launch the customer front end for the end users. We have created multiple states based on the foundation states " open " and " closed " and used them in various process management scenarios however when we allow the customer to select a state for re-opening a ticket in the front end, all the various states are appearing in the drop down.
For the same purpose i have created new state types in the database (Picture inserted) so that i can associate all process related states to them as shown in the table below. However I am not able to see these newly created in the sysconfig : states to create sub states. Please help !!!
