auto replies not working internally and externally

Hi OTRS

May you please assist if possible

Calls can be logged and do reflect on the OTRS system but no auto response to the customers
I have an issue where auto replies are not working since we changed a firewall
Is there specific port that should be allowed on the firewall in order for this to work again

probably outbound port 25 as that's smtp unless you have configured a different SMTP path.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

I have allowed port 25 and still have the same issue unfortunately

what do the logs say? Especially, how has your sendmail been configured?

There are some errors, but cannot be sure if they relate to auto responses
Please see the attached screenshot of the recent logs

To honest, I'm not sure how to configure SendMail let alone confirm how it's configured

My concern is that nothing changed from OTRS, but the new firewall that was installed
