OTRS on Docker (firewalld)

Hi.
We have OTRS in Docker.
Everything works fine including the ldap authentication on customer portal and Customer User Admin interface in the index.pl
The problem is, the ports for the ssh and the web interface for this container is open to the internet.
When I close it using the firewalld, I can still access the index.pl but it can no longer login on custome rportal. Also, the Customer User Admin interface in index.pl is no longer working. Seems like LDAP is suddenly cut off?
What was wrong? I just closed the ports from internet, but the ports are still open on the private network?
I am accessing it from the private network...
