Hi all,
At the moment we set the ticket type through the Free Fields option and was wondering if it is possible to add it to the reply/answer for ticket window?
Please let me know if you need any more information as I am new to the whole OTRS functionality.

If it's not available in SysConfig, it's not available.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
