Hi there!
I'm trying to set up a report that delivers me all activities inside all tickets in a given time window - say 30 days. I want to count every response my agents have worked in the given time window to measure workload. However, OTRS is delivering me only the number of incoming tickets, without counting how many answers there are inside each of them.
Is that possible? How do I set that up?

That's a statistic that is not possible with the stats modules shipped with stock OTRS. But you can program you own ones...

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
