Dear Experts ,

i created from Notification Management , new notification
i created auto replay email for customers ..
this is will be first email will sent to customer ( Auto Replay )

how to remove Ticket number from Email subject

Please help me

The customer should know the ticket nummer as this is the reference and also needed for follow up recognition. But you can change it in sysconfig if needed (but it is not suggested)

let me tell you the scenario

1-Customer send email to helpdesk email
2-helpdesk will send auto generated email ( here the problem : when system sent auto email , in Email Subject mention Ticket# number )
i want to remove it from subject ) because maybe i recived marketing email , so as you know these marketing email shouldn't have ticketing number .

Please help ..what should i do . :?

nothing. Everyone who communicates with your ticketing system needs to have the ticket number in the subject so they can reply and followups attach to the correct ticket.

If you receive spam to your ticketing system, either use a better spam filter or let the ticket go to Junk and auto delete it.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

i think you didn't get my point.

some time i received advertisement / marketing email

and because i am applied auto generated email , so this mean the person who send me advertisement / marketing email will recived my auto email with ticketing number, so i need to remove it from email subject .

why? If you want to avoid sending any mail to "spammers" use a spam filter and some OTRS postmaster filters to not create a ticket.

I don't think you understood me. OTRS has no idea that you received marketing email.

What is the problem that your marketing email got the autoreply with a ticket number? In essence, so what?

OTRS needs to reply with the ticket number in order that email correspondence works with the ticketing system.
But if you don't want that, don't use an autoresponse attached to your queue.
