Trouble Migrating to new server - can't close a ticket

Hello,

I'm moving my OTRS instance to a new server. After doing the restore procedure, I can login, see my tickets, send email in.

When I try to close a ticket, I get the following error messages: What am I missing? The restore looks like it restored everything.

I've rebuilt the config and deleted the cache before, but I went ahead and did it again.

I went to test again - I replied to an existing ticket and got two more need module errors:

I did the OTRS restore on top of clean install of 3.2.17.

What am I missing?

Check also your package manager.
It's possible you had a different path or permissions or ... not enough info to tell here.

My CheckModules checks out, I've basically done all the upgrade steps. My versions do match on both servers.

I'm migrating from a RHEL 4 to RHEL6 but all the paths are same...I did have trouble with permissions deep under /opt/otrs/var/tmp/ earlier.

At this point, I'd like to reinstall OTRS and get a fresh start, then test the new instance before restoring a backup from the existing server.

Any suggestions on shortest to-do list to uninstall OTRS to point where I can reinstall?

follow "upgrading" documentation (basically, install the n.x.latest), etc.
