Hello at all,
I recently installed OTRS 4.0.13 and all the emails notifications (new ticket, reply ticket, password recovery, etc) are marked as spam, the email used for this notifications is in google apps, is there any configuration in order remove this mark to all the notifications?

do you have an SPF record in DNS? Update it with the IP address of your OTRS server.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
