I don't know if someone already ask this kind to question, but for now can someone help me to find a way for me to solve my concern,
So here's the thing, I need to look for when an email has arrived in OTRS, how can OTRS automatically include that email on a certain ticket.
For example
ticket#101, when we send an email to OTRS regarding ticket#101, the received email it will automatically go to ticket#101
(this is to avoid recreation of new ticket inside otrs, I just want the email to be an update on a certain ticket inside the otrs.)

thats automatically done via the [Ticket#2015110588000015] hash in the subject
