Hello I am having problem with auto response...Users do not get auto response when they post a ticket. I know that I have setup correctly, the strange thing is that for auto reply and auto remove I have not an option to choose auto response. Maybe is that something I changed in the past days that has the effect I do not know.
Any ideas...I run out of them.

auto follow up: is working but --> cannot edit auto reply --> it has a - sign and auto/reply new ticket is not replying

Well I tend to believe that in 5.01 Auto responses deprecated silently from Ticket Notifications. Can anyone confirm that?
