OTRS 3.2.10 - Malformed UTF-8 charakter

Hallo,

ich komme am besten gleich zu meinem Problem.

OTRS 3.2.10 auf SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 mit Apache 2.2.12 und MySQL 5.5.39.

Seit letzter Woche haben wir nun das Problem, dass beim Abruf von E-Mails ein Serverfehler 500 mit folgender Fehlermeldung erscheint:

Premature end of script headers: index.pl 

Dies führt nun dazu, dass keine neuen Tickets via E-mail hereinkommen können.

Offen gestanden bin ich kein OTRS Profi, habe mich aber trotzdem versucht durch Logs zu wühlen und den Fehler zu finden. Meinen letzten Anhaltspunkt habe ich im Error Log des Apache gefunden. Folgendes wird gelogt jedes Mal wenn man versucht E-Mails abzurufen:

Kann es sein, dass uns jemand ein Mail in UTF-16 Format geschickt hat und OTRS in dieser Version dieses nicht versteht?
