State open when the customer reply a pending reminder ticket

Good morning!

I want to change the default state when a customer reply a pending reminder ticket. I dont want that the next state after the reply be open but pending reminder.

Thanks rvaldomir but it doesn´t work. If I try to change it writting "pending reminder" and I save the changes it change again to open.
