Hello,

I'm trying OTRS 5 to replace my actual KIX4OTRS.
In KIX, I'm able to link tickets and computer to a Customer instead of a CustomerUser, following this :
viewtopic.php?t=11151

Is there a way to do it in OTRS 5 ?
