OTRS 5.0.5 Issues

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this forum, so I applogise if I don't follow procedures quite right. I'm basically having an issue with the setup of 5.0.5 on my ubuntu server, i've configure OTRS on ubuntu desktop fine and still having the VM in Oracle box for reference. I got as far as copying the SQL database from the other VM to the physical server and was re-installing the addins when something went wrong and its corupted the webpage. Currently I can't open the login screen or access the admin menu to try and reinstall the system. This is the current error I get;

I looked in the apache2 logs and this is what I can see;

Is there a way i can fix this or re-install the database or something to try and resolve this?

Is this the only error in apache log ? By any chance can you try to run /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.SetPermissions.pl
