Hi, Now I have using otrs5.0.2 and I have other websites too, In my Other website we have customers, is there any possibility Customers send tickets from my other website not via email. Is there any way to do like this. please let me know any possibilities there.

Hi, Now I have created 'webservices' with name of 'GenericTicketConnectorSOAP' But I dont know well, How to connect with Other website, Please let me know any examples.

Hi, Now I have OTRS 5 and I created the Webservice also. Now I have the URL www.otrs2abcdefgh.net and Now I have My shop website www.shopabcdefgh.com. I have created the webservice in www.otrs2abcdefgh.net and I want to implement this webservice to my shop also. How should I do with my shop. Please anyone let me know with any examples. Thank you.
