Need Iphonehandle package for OTRS5.0.2

Hi, I need iphonehandle Package for otrs5.0.2, I did not find this, I got iiPhoneHandle-4.0.2.opm, I tried to install this via package manager I got a error version not support, What version I should install and Where I should get this.

As OTRS5 supports mobile screens out of the box, there is no iphone handle available

Thanks for your reply. When I tried to login with otrs5 through my iphone app, I got this error message Validation error (during validation of the account following problem has been found: The URL has to point to the OTRS JSON interface(json.pl) but it does not. please check the account data. ) How should I solve this.

The iPhone app will not work with OTRS5, just use the browser of your phone
