Hallo,
Ich will das wenn der Agent auf AgentTicketZoom klickt sofort das Ticket gesperrt wird.
Ich weiß das es dafür Module gibt. Kennt jemand eines für OTRS 5 funktioniert.
Oder kennt ihr eine andere Möglichkeit das zu lösen.
