Hello,
I wanted to personalize each new ticket (client form) to the selected theme.
For example: MAIL - there will be a number of points to check and fill the boxes. TELEPHONY - another presentation.
I actually saw that we could add the dynamic fields and link to the ticket in Frontend :: Customer :: Ticket :: ViewNew [/ b] then in
Ticket :: Frontend :: CustomerTicketMessage ### DynamicField [/ b].
However in this section can not be treated as the overall presentation of the ticket. I have not also found the "New ticket model" or something like that.
Do you have any idea how to please? (If it's possible)
