I get an error when embedding image when creating a Process Ticket. It's just happen on /otrs/customer.pl. In /otrs/index.pl works well.
Someone can help me, please?

Do you have customized templates?
The FormID is a random string that the perl module generates and inserts into the html-page. The reason is, that you don't accidentially submit the same frame twice.
