Customer Information Center shows incorrect data

Hello together,
i´m using OTRS 5.0.6. an the Customer information center view ist not correct.
it shows in Company Status: Opentickets 21 and Closed Ticket 1, but when i have look at all Tickets of this customer, there are more tickets than 1 closed.
It seems to be
AgentCustomerInformationCenter::Backend###0050-CIC-CustomerUserList
in
Framework -> Frontend::Agent::Dashboard
and
AgentCustomerInformationCenter::Backend###0500-CIC-CustomerIDStatus
in
Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Dashboard

but i can´t find any issues there. also the /opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Dashboard$ looks ok.

any ideas?

Do you have custom states of type "closed" ?
