Problem ACL

Hello

I have a problem I have configured few ACLs for linked a queue with a service, for example :

When I try to create a new ticket the link works, if I put the ticket in the queue "Junk" I can select only "Aucun service" BUT if the ticket it's already created if I move the ticket to the queue "Junk" and i try to select the service "Aucun service" it's doesn't work !

While this configuration works if I set a service other than "Aucun service", but it only works with services that I created in March but not those that I just created ...

Can you help me ??

you might use PropertiesDatabase for this


or you can not select services in Junk queue because of another ACL?
