Tried to search in the forum but havent got a solution for what im trying to do (or maybe im not using the right keywords
).Is it possible to call the Customer create new ticket screen with some parameters in the URL? For us, I'd only like to pass the service so its automatically selected in the combo box. We're gonna all present our services on our website and when people will click on the link to obtain the service or ask questions about it, it would open OTRS with the right service.
